Disconnect immediately
An authorized owner can open Owner Console → Social Accounts & Delivery and select Disconnect Facebook. This removes the stored Page connection and encrypted Page access token from NEXTNOW360.
Request deletion
To request deletion, use the NEXTNOW360 newsroom contact form. Include “Facebook data deletion” in your message and provide the Facebook account name used to authorize the Page. Do not send a password, App Secret or access token.
What happens next
We will verify the request and delete information controlled by NEXTNOW360 that is no longer required for security, legal or fraud-prevention purposes. Removing NEXTNOW360 data does not delete content or account information held independently by Facebook.
