Trisha Krishnan, Radhika Sarathkumar and Aparna Balamurali have begun filming an untitled Tamil psychological horror project in London, marking director Raja Krishna Menon’s first Tamil feature and Panorama Studios’ first Tamil production.
The project was announced by Panorama Studios with principal photography already under way. The studio is producing with Locomotive Global, while Menon is directing a women-led story described as a psychological drama with horror elements.
The casting is the announcement’s central draw. Trisha leads the trio, joined by Radhika Sarathkumar and National Award winner Aparna Balamurali. The project brings performers associated with Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi cinema into one new, as-yet-untitled feature.
Menon, whose previous work includes Airlift, Chef and Pippa, is moving into both a new language market and a new genre. The filmmakers have not disclosed character details, a title or a release plan, so the reported film should be presented as an early production announcement rather than a plot reveal.
Panorama’s official post from London provides the clearest first-party confirmation of the start of filming. Trade and mainstream coverage published September 2 and 3 has amplified the announcement, highlighting the film as an expansion of Panorama’s South Indian slate.
The first London schedule is now the concrete milestone. Further announcements on the title, supporting cast and release strategy remain pending.
