Dubai-based AI company Airrived has launched its Sovereign AI Platform, offering enterprises and governments a way to build and run agentic AI systems within their own infrastructure, including on-premises, private-GPU and fully air-gapped deployments.
The company announced the platform on September 1 and plans to demonstrate it at GISEC Global, scheduled for September 16-18 at Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City.
Airrived describes the product as an end-to-end “Agentic OS,” bringing together model options, agent orchestration, enterprise context, governance, observability and applications. Its core pitch is operational control: customers can select their models and retain their data, prompts and infrastructure within environments they administer.
The launch targets governments, financial institutions, critical-infrastructure operators and other regulated organizations that may be unable or unwilling to send sensitive material to externally hosted AI services. The company says organizations can use their own models or Airrived-native models without moving the relevant workloads beyond their security perimeter.
Enterprises should be able to own their data, choose their models, operate their agents and control their infrastructure.

The platform’s announcement also reflects a defining regional technology priority: AI adoption tied to data residency, infrastructure control and digital resilience. Airrived says its model is already in production through its partnership with Wizdom, where agentic capabilities run within Wizdom’s own data-center infrastructure.
Rather than asking customers to choose between agentic tools and strict controls, Airrived is presenting sovereign deployment as the product itself. Its first public demonstration is planned for GISEC Global in Dubai later this month.
