Award-winning Indian chef Ishijyot Surri has established UAE-based culinary and hospitality company Maison Management with investor and entrepreneur Sameer Musale. The venture is using Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone as its regional base and plans to begin with multi-concept cloud kitchens in partnership with Talabat. (rakmediaoffice.ae)

The first kitchens are planned for Business Bay and Al Rashidiya in Dubai. Maison Management also intends to introduce restaurant concepts, develop food-processing facilities and provide restaurant management and food consultancy services, giving the business a broader operating model than a single celebrity-chef venue. That structure is the story’s main business hook. Cloud kitchens can allow a hospitality founder to test several concepts, menus and price points without committing immediately to a large flagship restaurant. Delivery infrastructure creates a route to customer data and repeat orders, while successful concepts can later move into physical restaurants or retail products.

Surri brings a recognizable personality and culinary track record to the venture, while Musale adds an investment and entrepreneurship profile. Together, the founders are positioning Maison Management around concept creation and scale rather than celebrity endorsement alone.

The move also reflects the UAE’s attraction for regional food entrepreneurs seeking a launchpad. RAKEZ said it supported company formation, visa processing and the setup of the global team, allowing Maison Management to focus on bringing its concepts to market. (rakmediaoffice.ae)

The announcement does not disclose investment size, launch dates for individual brands or projected revenues. The next concrete test will be the opening of the first Dubai kitchens and the response to the company’s initial concepts.

Maison Management’s UAE expansion begins with Business Bay and Al Rashidiya cloud kitchens, with further restaurant, processing and consultancy plans still to be executed. (rakmediaoffice.ae)
